Bewitched words play across my tongue
and leave my lips, to dance among
the shadow-shapes, untamed, unplanned....
I am a poet and short-fiction writer, currently
studying for a Creative Writing MA at Royal Holloway College, University of London.
I read frequently at poetry events in and around London,
and from 2013 to 2016, was co-host of Rhyme and Rhythm Jazz-Poetry Club at Enfield's Dugdale Theatre.
I am the Pre-Raphaelite
Society's Poet-in-Residence. Some

I have been widely published in a variety of journals and
anthologies, and placed in many competitions, winning the
William Blake Poetry Prize and being a finalist in the Mslexia Poetry
Competition in 2015; being Highly Commended in the York Literature / York Mix Poetry Prize 2016; being Commended in the inaugural Winchester Poetry Prize 2016; and being Commended in the Cafe Writers Poetry Competition in January 2017.
I am, with Allen Ashley, co-author of “Dreaming Spheres:
Poems of the Solar System”, a poetry sequence inspired by the solar system,
which we have performed extensively at various poetry events, including the
Torbay Poetry Festival. “Dreaming Spheres” was published by World
